6. Failed or Pending Transactions

  • In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been deducted, the refund (if applicable) is usually processed automatically by the payment gateway within 3–10 business days.
  • If the refund is not received within this period, please contact us with transaction details.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute raised without contacting us first may result in delays. We encourage customers to reach out to our support team before initiating a dispute with the bank or payment provider.
